Qualifications & Requirements

Must be performed by a licensed contractor.
Must pressurize the home with a blower-door test.
Final percentage change must be greater than or equal to 15 percent. Calculate final percentage as (Test-in – Test-out)/(Test-in).

Customer Eligibility

Must be a residential account holder of a participating utility at the time of equipment installation.
The application must be received within 60 days of equipment installation.
The equipment must be purchased and installed between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
