- Primary heating system must be electric.
- Must replace a non-programmable thermostat and cannot be a refurbished unit.
- Limit one per service address.
Customer Eligibility
- Must be a residential account holder of a participating energy service provider at the time of equipment installation.
- The application must be received within 60 days of equipment installation.
- The equipment must be purchased and installed between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
